We have been in Crossville, Tn for ten years and love it. We are about 1 and a half hours from Knoxville down town and Chattanooga. One hour to shopping in Knoxville. Two hours to downtown Nashville.

Cumberland county tn has the lowest property tax in the state.

Down side is shopping and higher end restaurants. We need to drive to them.

Property values are rising but real estate sales are a little slow now.

Over all we did well by moving hear and love it. Also no income tax and cheap registration fees for our cars.
