Yeah Igor, a lost sole from a broken home. I met his mother. Very pretty woman. I don’t think I ever met his father and he probably didn’t either. Her last name was Keefer. Legend has it that he broke into a pet store there at Ritchie and 11th, the Fin Fir & Feather, stole a parrot and ate it. McDonald’s was not there back then. There was a pay phone there. When the 911 system came into effect, it was a free call. Well ole Charlie loved it. But he was too stupid to walk away. He would be sitting next to the phone when we got there. I guess it was his only way to get to a warm cell and a McDonald’s Happy meal.
