I passed that bar last week. Building looks a little run down. One day Rudy off duty calls about a couple of suspicious guys in there who he had seen pull out of a dirt road earlier. I went down the road, found a stolen and stripped car. The wheels were in their car on the lot. They were EXTREMELY surprised when I walked in and Rudy announced who he was. Couple of good arrests, thanks to him.
