When I sell something on eBay, once the buyer has paid I always get an email from eBay with the buyer's address. It's also listed on the "Order Details" page on the listing.

Nick Jones from the United Kingdom is trying to purchase some decals from me through Ebay. However, Ebay will not facilitate shipments to England: 'special product safety markings' that are required by the United Kingdom.
