IT IS ALL US REGULATONS! at least when i last tried, and not helped by the customs regulations, i would suggest a private paypal payment and hope the postal system works!

Nick Jones from the United Kingdom is trying to purchase some decals from me through Ebay. However, Ebay will not facilitate shipments to England: 'special product safety markings' that are required by the United Kingdom.
