Remember when we were kids, we ordered little cars or items from cereal boxes, they were saying 6 to 8 weeks before delivery because shipping was not as good as it was in the 90's or pre covid. This is where we are now, like in the 70's and 80's when it took forever to receive goods from the mail. all because many people today don't want to work anymore and employees are missing in the workplace. And the problem is worldwide.

In the 1950s an airmail package took 5-7 days. A package sent to me via DHL from Dortmund on August 1, is still hanging around at the Frankfurt airport since August 2.
