The lighthouse is typical of cast concrete and concrete-rendered brick octagonal lighthouses built on the Atlantic seaboard of the US and Canada in the 20th century. I cannot check my archives at the moment but I will look it up later in the day. In the meantime, you might like to check out the Lighthouse Directory and Marinas.com websites websites for yourselves.
