Sometimes impressed numbers like that are date codes, but I don't know what date those numbers would suggest. Many of the 19th century willow platters that are a rectangular shape are unmarked. You could look at eBay, just searching for 'willow platter'. Look and see if any of them resemble the shape and age of your platter.
