Hi! My wife has proposed the same idea on a number of occasions! :^) Assuming that the force was sufficient to form diamonds and that the carbon could be evenly squeezed, the main problem is that the actual duration of the crushing force is only about 20-25 millionths of a second. It simply takes a longer amount of time for diamond crystals to form and grow to anything larger than microscopic size. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to provide an expert engineering review of your patent. Continuing the discussion with GE or working with other companies that are in the electrical power generation business are probably your best options at this stage. Good luck and best regards, -- Bert --
: I barely consider myself an amateur in this field, but have you tried
: coating
: a chuck of coal with copper or gold and wrapping it with one of you're
: coils, and discharging the maximum voltage possible to see if you could
: possibly create a diamond??
: well i also have patent#6486483,this device is designed to draw in large
: volumes of ambient air and extract electrons thru mechanical and thermal
: excitation.plz.evaluate said patent and if you think there's any
: crediblty to it,i need help with other ideas i have.so far GE.sent me a
: response saying
: they would interested in looking into said patent, but things have been
: pretty
: quiet.
