My wife has proposed the same idea on a number of occasions! :^) Assuming that the force was sufficient to form diamonds and that the carbon could be evenly squeezed, the main problem is that the actual duration of the crushing force is only about 20-25 millionths of a second. It simply takes a longer amount of time for diamond crystals to form and grow to anything larger than microscopic size. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to provide an expert engineering review of your patent. Continuing the discussion with GE or working with other companies that are in the electrical power generation business are probably your best options at this stage.
