On the other hand, I wouldn't have been surprised had they upheld the original 10 point punishment either, as in recent years it seems everything just goes wrong for us!
So I guess getting 4 back isn't so bad, all things considered. The table looks a bit better.
But it still all feels tedious and endless. Oh for a season of mid-table mediocrity without any of this shit, so we can go back to concentrating on ousting whichever hapless manager we've had for a year and who hasn't managed to miraculously transform us with both hands tied behind his back.
