The first appeal would have to suspend some or all of the deduction.
The second charge would then have to be withdrawn or we win an appeal, and to stop the suspended points going back on (off) Id have thought we would have to really win that one, i.e. found to have not breached at all.
We would then have to breach again on next years accounts and at that point get the suspended points taken off.
Its Everton so its not impossible but its not likely.

If the PL want us to vote in their proposal, we may have some leeway to haggle over the points deduction.
I think the PL have backed themselves into a corner and the option of a suspended sentence for us must look good to them as it will allow them time to come up with new rules and wipe the slate clean (City would tie them up for years)..
