For our first charge, we thought we were in the clear. The second charge was unexpected because we thought the first wouldn't happen and we'd continued to sell assets anyway.
We'd have ample chance to sell a big asset before June 30th if it were suspended.
This is why plenty think they'll hammer Notts F, they KNEW they were in breach and refused to sell Johnson by June 30th (we we did with Richarlison) but rather run the risk of sanctions for extra money down the line. You can argue of course that's more sustainable but the PL doesn't really care about that.
I'd honestly rather the whole thing (both charges) are done and dusted this season.
To echo what Jon says, we'll be fine.
