Previous Message Which is not a legal document. The Constitution expressly recognizes the government's right to take a life (14th Amendment). But to your original point - I think overturning Roe vs. Wade would spark a feminist meltdown of epic proportions. One that would make the recent "grab em" howls seem dignified and lady like by comparison.
