Also, how can the law be different depending on whether it is an attacker or a defender.
I am convinced that these law changes are to give a "get out clause" to the officials when they get things wrong.
It would be so much simpler if we went back to the laws as they were a few years ago. It ůsed to be an insult that women didn't understand the offside law. Nowadays, I don't think that anyone understands it. As for handball, there is no consistency, whatsoever.
