The issue is that the 3-inch .410-bore shell didn't come out until seven years later, 1933. Did George, out in Iowa, have some inside scoop on what was coming from the boys and girls in East Alton and New Haven. Heck, in 1926 it was still five years until the Olin's would own Winchester.
