    Yani, it is definitely too long in both spots.

    The top lever spring would not be the cause of the top lever being to the left. The rotary bolt takes up any wear and is why it would be to the left.
    The problem could be that the extension rib slot is worn and this is where the bolt takes up the slack. Micro welding and filing will fix that. Also check your hinge pin, take the for-end off and see if there is much play if you try and twist the barrels when closed.
