You are most welcome Mr. Reter. The 16 gauges are indeed delightful to handle. Keep an eye on eBay and egunparts for parts, to include stocks. Stocks are so expensive to replace that it seldom makes economic sense to do so with a field grade gun unless you can do the work yourself. Plenty of knowledge on this site relating to do-it-yourself repairs to the stocks. The search feature at top of the forum page works well to give you a feel for what is possible. Lots of pictures on Photo Trail as well. Good luck with your new-to-you Smith.
