Yup, David, many of the Syracuse hammerless guns I have recorded are in the 16,000 series, including the high condition Grade 3 ten I recently sold to an LCSCA member. I got to look at it on display at the Vintagers. I didn't realize how nice it was. I hope I like my new Ideal ten as much.
