O/T Info on German Flakfernrohr binoculars?Archived Message

I have a pair of WWII German binoculars,large about 20#.They are narked with a red ans a blue x and the letters DKL. They are 10x80 and have offset eye pieces.Any one know anything about what these may be worth?I did a google search and found little about the value of them.I have a potential buyer who want them pretty bad but I dont know what they are worth....Thank you....Mike
