Randall - I have used two different spreader loads - Vintager Doublewides - which have the spreader discs in them - and regular spreader loads. The Vintagers are #8s, 7/8 oz, used in my Elsie 12 ga. Specialty Grade for quail and skeet. I consider them to be outstanding on quail and skeet, although a bit expensive for skeet. The regular spreaders I have used in a 20ga Stevens double with great results as well. the 20 ga. is bored Imp cyc and mod. while the Elsie has 26' barrels bored impr cyl and mod. also. Great product.
