I have a Ideal grade 12 bore Ser# 815xx and made in 1924 in very nice condition ! Barrels measure out at 30 1/2 and are F&F ,I have a gauge that is inserted down into the bore and can measure the chokes and they start to taper at about 2 1/2'' from cyl. to full choke which tells me they have not been cut ! ? is is this an odd number or was it order that way ?? Other ? is to remove side lock you would remove the tru screw , this gun has a small screw at the fron of the lock , is this also a holding to remove the lock ? Thanks Paul
