I had a very similiar experience with Wind River and would never use their service again. I know that other have received quality work but others have not. There seems to be no middle ground, either you love the results or it's a disaster. My experience was full of excuses and blaming of others. Ultimately, I got my gun back but it was packaged so poorly that the barrels were dented during shipping.
