Steve, Good to see that you saved an "elsie" Forends pop up on ebay, and if you try Numrich sometimes they will have one or parts of. Two things I would try and do is, one, it looks like there is a gap between the stock and the receiver. I would try and make that fit tighter, becasue if you or someone shoots it enough you will crack the wood behind the side locks. Two the top lever is sticking up, which probably means the top lever shaft isn't in the fit of the trigger guard (small screw 4-40 next to trigger guard) and your screw is barely catching the threads.
