When we got to this location we got up a flock of quail that must have had 150 birds in it. Well, none of us expected this and we promptly ran out of the few shells in our vests. It is a very unhappy thing to have quail exploding everywhere with an empty gun. While we were headed back to the truck for more we discovered that between the three of us knuckleheads, nobody had a camera, not even on their phone. We hit the nearest town, which was quiet enough to have dogs sleeping on the main street and eventually found a disposable camera at the drug store. Despite buying it, I only have 2-3 pics of the whole weekend. I will post some photos when they are developed. Rob.
