    Delusional Dream Guns Archived Message

"The big three..." thread got me thinking, and maybe we can play this game in another way. What is YOUR delusional dream gun? Now delusional is OK, but you need to be able to at least SEE reality from your position
Waterfowl gun: SuperFox HE with 32" brls
    S. Dakota/KS pheasant gun: 12g Parker CHE on 1 1/2 frame with 30" brls
Show-off gun: Syracuse Quality No. 7 or a high grade Colt 1883, or maybe this http://lefeverforum.informe.com/lefever-optimus-photos-dt76.html
Show-um-up on Sporting Clays gun: Smith Pigeon grade with the later Skeet style BTFE-and choke tubes (oh the shame ) OR maybe a Model 21.
16g grouse and quail gun: hands down a pre-1913 Smith, maybe a Grade 4 with 28" brl. No American maker's 16 matches the grace and elegance of a Smith.
20g woodcock and quail gun: ALL the maker's 20s are wonderful guns. The sidelocks do provide a greater canvas for the engraver however. But the ONLY 28g LC manufactured would be nice too!
Might as well add a SBT:
