I take goose breast and cut into small pieces. Take a piece of bacon and 1 piece of jalapena pepper and toothpick to breast. Put on grille for a few minutes and you then have the best tasting goose I have ever had. You can also baste in terriyaki sauce or italian dressing also if you like. Mike
