If you are near Pennsylvania take the shotgun to Dewey Vicknair and he can put it all back like new. The barrels will most likely have to be reblued. Both ribs, top and bottom, will most likely have to be removed and redone. Your lug on the barrels most likely came loose from a previous reblue job that was done improperly and ate the solder away.
