I found this website about 2 months ago and basically read every post. I gained a huge amount of knowlege in a short period of time and that really helped me negotiate a price and get a real understanding of my first L.C. Smith I bought last month. I apreciate all of the help I recieved including posts from Dr. Bill and others both on the board and personal emails. I also noticed that several questions have come up frequently. I think it would be in the best interest of this website to put together a few articles that include pictures and place them in a seperate section of the website, also it would be great if there was some sort of search feature to look up older posts faster. Some great article topics that could be included are finding the right recoil pad and how to finish and install it. The proper load for vintage guns based on the type of barrel and mabie include some reloading recipies. What to look for when buying a used Elsie.
