I thoroughly enjoyed the latest copy of the LCSCA Journal. It has well-researched and well-written articles which should be of interest to all. I do have a question for the author of "The Pigeon Roost." In the table accompanying the article, 28 Pigeon Guns are listed with notations as to rib inlays and metal used. Date of Manufacture is given for each gun where available, from 1893 through 1913.. However, in a column labeled "Year," every entry is "1893." I understand that this is the year Pigeon Guns were first introduced, but do not understand why it is repeated for each gun in the column. It clearly is not the DoM of each gun listed. Thanks for any clarification. Stanley Hackett
