What was unacceptable for me is that Jeremy's personage wasn't revealed in the way that it deserved to be. The man who was responsible for the final "Yes" or "No" in the matter of a very important decision appeared just as a sweating wimp. It would be nice to show minister Woodall's other side. For example, him as a husband, or a father. At the beginning of the film they show how Lt. General Frank Benson (Alan Rickman) is looking for a doll to purchase for his granddaughter, and is later involved in a decision to drop a missile and potentially kill a little girl probably the same age as his granddaughter. It's very ironic. This scenario would be better fit for Jeremy's character. What do you think, dear friends?
