It is the farmers and ranchers in this part of the state that lose out every year because LA refuses to update its sewer and reclamation systems. In case you forgot, at the height of the drought, it was discovered LA lost around a million gallons a week because money marked for repairs went to latest social justice !@#$ program that did nothing except make a few Lib/Progs feel good about themselves.
