Fran, I know what you mean about the injections. I was prepared for another back operation like I had 10 yrs. ago after my aortic ballon repair. That back surgery did a little good. But the problem is back to the L-5 and nerve pinching. The neurosurgeon pretty well insisted on me trying this first. So will let you know how this turns out.---Al
