The tensioner isn't readily available new unless you luck into a NOS one. I've heard (but haven't tried) that a saturn or aveo one might work.
You can carefully pry the seals out and clean and regrease them. The trick is to not fully pack the cavity with grease. More than about 75% and the seals will blow out when it heats up.
