I doubt you would need much over a stock 9.125" clutch. I made 212 RWHP @17 psi last week and the stock 9.125" held fine. That's around 250-260 crank HP. On the way home from the dyno I pulled away from my friends stock f150 lightning from a 30mph roll. It is a 6000 pound truck so I don't feel to cocky but it runs remarkably well for a 1.6 Chevette engine. I can't believe this rear is holding. This is the rear end that I cryo-treated the gears and used shims in place of the crush sleeve. I broke the first 2 rears with the 165HP engine!
