Thanks for your take on it.
The thing I guess that I don't like is that the craft beer trend has taken all the shelf space. There was a time (When corral was still open) where I could find all these regional beers and there seemed to be a larger selection of import beers too.
It seemed that these bitter, hopped-up, fruity beers are all the rage.
I still like a full flavored beer, much like a Heineken, a Bass or Harp, and a Pilsner with more flavor than Miller Lite (though I won't turn away a Miller Lite).
It's just that some of these beers go overboard.....but I"m going to look into your suggestions....because I do appreciate 'good beer' as well.
