Vindman made an accusation against his CinC for high crimes and misdemeanors; he did his sniping from the tall weeds.
Those allegations were adjudicated as false, and Trump was acquitted. Argue if you will about the specifics, the results speak for themselves. That isn't the problem folks.
Now it's time to face the music Mr. Vindman, regarding the false allegations. Lucky for you this is the 21st century.
The real problem is that we have created a system whereby anonymous allegations are an acceptable form of accusation today, not just here, but many places. We pick and choose where the Sixth Amendment`s guarantee of the right to confront his or her accuser is relevant. If this was a high crime, why didn't Trump have the right to confront his accuser?
