In all seriousness, the traffic around schools is a problem. No kids walk to school any longer and these schools just weren't built to accommodate all the bus and car traffic. The sad thing is that it's only about a fifteen or twenty minute issue twice a day and then it goes away. We used to laugh at one lady at Parkview. She would get to the school an hour early every afternoon just so she could be the first to pick Junior up. Personally my time is worth more than that. When my sister had kids at Maryvill, that back circle that the original poster talks about was for kindergarten drop off only. I can see why the school wouldn't want 100 cars back there. The busses are a huge problem as well. I see them on Cargill Road from the golf course and there are at least fifteen of them taking up space. There's no good answer because even if the principals set rules, parents don't listen any better than their kids and the police sure don't have time to play traffic cop on school property.
