You are correct but as Greenwald said during the presentations, " if we have to borrow the money, the taxpayers will still have to pay the money back"...........or something to that effect. I believe they borrowed several million dollars so we'll be paying that increase in taxes for some time to come. Mine went up quite a bit as well.
