Can someone in the "know", tell me why we're putting a sidewalk in on the Frohardt side of Wabash leading toward Wabash Place? There are no homes on that side? Why is a walk needed after all these years? Is this part of our wonderful bike trail system that we've spent million on in this state that are only used by a handful of people? Please tell me there's a bigger plan.
