2) no speculation, only fact (meaning Sally is related to Susie and Susie works in the mayors office and Sally just got a job in another department in the city)
3) even if it's minor, if it's factual...submit
4) You may think it's a "best practice", but only if you benefit. And chances are if "you" are benefitting from it, you're hurting 20 something thousand other residents of this city in a critical time in our towns history.
5) I don't care about personal vendettas. This is not personal unless it has to be (and trust me, I want it to be just business but will swing back on any personal attacks).
6) many minor impacts are just as bad if not worse than a major impact.
This has to be done. I know I am tired of seeing the same names around town in city jobs. Or someone who 'knows someone' getting a job.
