    I agree with your concept Elkooksta and I get what you're saying. However, this is in all respects a small community. To establish a voter base one needs many friends, family an acquaintances. When I was in my business you can bet that I would hire a friend or family member that I knew and trusted before I would hire a stranger. I know who would have my back.

    If a relative of the mayor is appointed to a job and doesn't have the qualifications that another individual does, that's morally wrong and should be illegal. However, if I'm related to the mayor and I'm equally or more qualified to for a job, is it right to penalize me?

    I would say by the fact that no one has really jumped on this thread, including the reboot, that most people accept "nepotism" for what it is and agrees with my assessment that if elected, they would do the same.
