Had a thought, wouldn't it be a grand gesture if the new board would set some ceilings as to salaries. Wonder how much money could be save, say just for instance, tenured teachers had a ceiling of 85k, administrators had a ceiling of say 95k, and the supt. had a ceiling of say 100k and a benefit package for all employees have a ceiling of say 15k. That is plenty of money for anyone in today's world. Ceilings to include any extra duties including coaching, etc. Just saying.
