Everyone knows he's not running, but a lot of our concern is where he will "end up" if Rogers wins.
Police Chief? Some obscure, invented position to keep his good friend in the money?

On the outside chance that Rogers wins, and our ex-mayor ends up in some other position within the village, hopefully everyone will have the gumption to generate a recall.
Time will tell where JD ends up and how much he will make, so that does kind of make it like he's running, doesn't it?
