He just wants the benefits that come with it given to him for nothing.
I get good benefits already, why should I pay a crook for them? I worked very hard to get were I am at. I dont think you would know the half of it.
Again I reiterate that he doesn't have to work in a union shop if he doesn't like it.
You might be right here I (big I, extra emphasis on me) I can find another job, in my feild, relatively quickly. Not all people are as fortunate. Some people don't have bosses that will right them a glowing review, some people don't have the same ability to write a resume and win the job at interveiw like I do. Not everyone is me. Should people who don't have a great chance at finding another good job, be forced violate there morals and pay money to crook to keep their jobs? Those people who would have a harder time finding work are the very ones the unions claim to protect.
