And small government with minimal governmental interference is typical of the republicans. My point was that all but one justice voted in this way. Conservative judges, liberal judges. Strange that these legal minds who can be so divided on some things agree on this reading of the constitution in accordance with the Voltaire quote: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
