These are delicious and healthy, for those who have to watch their carbs/sugar!
Ingredients •2 cups fine almond flour blanched almond flour •1/2 teaspoon baking powder •1/4 cup butter or vegan butter, softened •3 tablespoon maple syrup •1 teaspoon vanilla extract •1/2 cup chocolate chips - we use the very dark, less sugar ones (or cherries, cranberries, etc.)
Instructions •Preheat the oven to 350. Get cookie sheet ready. •Mix almond flour and baking powder in large bowl. Add melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mix until combined. Fold in your chocolate chips (or other choices). •Form balls of dough, 6 or 12, depending on how large or small you want your cookies. Place on the lined sheet, and press down into a cookie shape. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until just beginning to go golden around the edges. •Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet completely. Enjoy!
