You Know what, I just realize something. Be careful when you go on Best Buy website to purchase anything of a large purchase! As I look back, I think it must have been about 2 years ago, when I went on Best Buy website to purchase a Microsoft Laptop. It kept telling me it was NSF. I didn’t pay it any mine. Each time I tried to finalize the sale, It kept locking up on me. about 9:30 at night, before Best Buy closed, I jumped in my car and rode up the street to Best Buy to purchase the laptop. As soon as I walked in the store, my phone was blowing up with this 800 numbers. I didn’t answer it. When I went to purchase the laptop, I was told that my card was decline. I said can't be. That 800 number called me back and I answered it. It was Union Bank before they merge with U.S. Bank. I’m mad at this time. I ask what was going on. I was told that they think my card was stolen and needed information from me to make sure it was me, in order for the transaction to go forward. They Ask me questions, I gave them the information, to which they verified it was me. Get this as I look back,….dude at Union Bank was pissed at me, thinking I had stolen my own card. and I didn’t even get It. I mean he was hostile. Of course I became hostile. Not even realizing he was looking out for me. Sad I know! Man I was on the phone for about 15-20 minutes with dude. He asked me one question and I couldn’t remember the Info he needed and was told he was not unblocking my card. I remembered it, and he said everything checked out. Told me to wait 15 minutes before using the card, because it took them that long to unblock it. What I realize now is that scammer was trying to extract money from my account from the Best Buy website, and because the bank had a safeguard to block them from doing so, they shut the whole account down. What is this world coming to!!!! All I can say is……SEE GOD!!!! I’m done!
