I do not see the routine use of anectine as the best way to facilitate endotrachial intubation. I believe one should attempt ventilation prior to pushing any paralytic unless you are doing a RSI. The FDA has a black box warning on anectine for use in children unless for emergency airway, or produre calls for it. What do you use in these instances.
