I don't know who told you that about Emory but it is wrong. I had a classmate who failed out of Emory. If they never failed anyone the program would not be valid. They do however try to work with everyone. As far as the difference between programs, all that matters at the time of hire is whether you are certified or not. Since I've been around a few years I know people from all the different programs and I think any of them would be a good choice.
